Global Event Radar is a real-time news intelligence platform operated by Adrian Stoica, an independent journalist and developer based in Romania.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you register for access to the platform at radar.ziarepescurt.ro.

• Email address — to grant and manage your access
• Organization (optional) — for context about your use case

• Granting you access to the Global Event Radar dashboard

We process your personal data on the basis of your explicit consent, given at the moment of registration by checking the consent box in the registration form.

We retain your personal data for as long as your access to the platform is active, or until you request deletion.

If the platform ceases operations, all personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

The Global Event Radar dashboard uses browser localStorage to remember your interface preferences (e.g. active layers, panel states). This data is stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted to our servers.

We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or any third-party cookies.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679), you have the following rights:

8. Security

Your data is stored on servers located within the EU and protected by standard security measures. Access to registration data is restricted to the platform operator only.

This platform is served exclusively over HTTPS. All data transmissions between your browser and our server are encrypted.
